Accounts Executive (Location - Raiwind)

Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Accounts Executive to support sales accounting, distributor management, financial controls, and month-end closing activities. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting knowledge, experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP), and the ability to coordinate with multiple departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and commercial operations.

- Manage and verify product pricing structures and coordinate system implementation in SAP.
- Perform sales return processing and distributor credit management.
- Monitor FBR invoice integration and ensure compliance with taxation requirements.
- Verify and post daily business expenses.
- Process distributor incentives, sales force salaries, and incentive payouts.
- Review and validate trade offers, discount structures, and promotional schemes.
- Prepare and reconcile liability-related GL accounts on a monthly basis.
- Process month-end closing entries and accruals.
- Verify inventory-related claims, damaged stock claims, free sampling, and trade marketing expenses.
- Coordinate with Sales, Export, IT, and Finance teams to resolve operational and accounting issues.
- Ensure accuracy of financial records, supporting documentation, and compliance with company policies.

What we're looking for
- Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or (ACCA/CA Part Qualified preferred/MBA).
- 3-5 years of experience in Accounts, Finance, Commercial Finance, or Sales Accounting.
- Working knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems.
- Strong understanding of financial reconciliations, month-end closing, and commercial accounting.
