Role Overview
They’re looking for a dynamic and solution-oriented individual who can provide fast and effective technical support to Wavetec customers. From troubleshooting issues to creating technical solutions, you’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Troubleshoot and resolve customer technical issues efficiently
Provide clear diagnoses and practical solutions
Manage tasks effectively to ensure timely resolutions
Maintain professionalism, empathy, and customer satisfaction
Create technical diagrams amp; flowcharts for better understanding
Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver seamless support

Who Can Apply?
Degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent experience
Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply
Background in technical support or application consulting is a plus
Strong communication skills in English (written amp; verbal)
Skilled in creating technical diagrams and flowcharts
Excellent problem-solving abilities under pressure

Timings: 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM
