We're Hiring - AR Follow-Up Specialist

VMBS is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced AR Follow-Up Specialist to join our growing medical billing team.

Office Location: Old Airport Road, Rawalpindi

Key Responsibilities:
. Follow up on unpaid and denied medical claims with insurance companies
. Analyze EOBs/ERAs and take appropriate corrective actions
. Resolve claim denials and underpayments efficiently
. Communicate with insurance payers via phone, portals, and email
. Document all follow-up activities accurately
. Collaborate with billing and coding teams to ensure timely reimbursements

Requirements:
. Minimum 1 year of experience in AR Follow-Up (Medical Billing)
. Strong knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial payers
. Experience with denial management and claim appeals
. Excellent communication and analytical skills
. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
