KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support the Director of Sales in providing effective leadership to the sales team by helping set clear goals and performance expectations to achieve revenue targets.
• Assist in developing and implementing strategic sales plans to maximize revenue opportunities and enhance market penetration.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, Business Administration, or related field. ensuring their requirements are addressed promptly and professionally.
• Support the development of the sales team by providing guidance, on-the-job coaching, and assistance with training initiatives to improve their skills and performance.
• Conduct regular market research and analysis to identify emerging business opportunities and monitor industry trends.
• Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, events, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
• Prepare and review sales reports and forecasts for submission to the Director of Sales and senior management.

QUALIFICATION: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.

EXPERIENCE: 7-10 Years of relevant experience in the field
