VACANCY ALERT | Assistant Manager - Administration & Procurement
Location: Lahore Head Office (Multi-Branch Operations - Pakistan)
PostEx is seeking an experienced professional to support administrative and procurement operations across 150+ branches nationwide, ensuring efficiency, cost control, and compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities
. Oversee branch administration, facility management, and utility cost control
. Maintain contracts, documentation, and support branch openings/relocations.
. Verify and supervise minor civil works (iron, wood, paint, repair & maintenance).
. Manage procurement of office supplies, uniforms, sacks, security seals & stationery.
. Handle vendor coordination, negotiations, and timely deliveries.
. Maintain vendor database and prepare comparative statements & MIS reports.
. Support audits and coordinate with Finance, HR & Operations.
Qualifications & Experience
. MBA or relevant qualification preferred.
. 6-8 years of experience in Administration & Procurement.
. Experience in courier, logistics, FMCG, or multi-branch organizations preferred.
Skills
. Strong communication & negotiation skills, vendor management expertise, MS
. Office proficiency, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and willingness to travel for branch visits.
