Position: Assistant Manager - IT Infrastructure & Data Center

Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Infrastructure & Data Center professional to oversee enterprise IT operations, server management, and network infrastructure. The role requires expertise in virtualization, data center administration, backup and recovery processes, and IT security solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong troubleshooting skills, vendor management experience, and a proactive approach to ensuring system stability and business continuity.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure including servers, storage, and data centers.
Install, configure, and maintain Windows/Linux servers, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, FTP, and NAS.
Implement and manage IT security solutions including Sophos Endpoint and firewall protection.
Oversee daily server backups, replication, and disaster recovery using Veeam Backup & Replication.
Coordinate with vendors for IT hardware, software, and service acquisitions.
Troubleshoot system, network, and peripheral issues (printers, scanners, PABX, etc.).
Monitor system performance, identify issues, and implement preventive measures.
Ensure accurate IT asset tagging, inventory, and lifecycle management.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or IT (preferred).
5+ years of professional experience in IT infrastructure and data center management.

What We Offer:
Gross Salary 135,000 - 150,000 with other benefits
