POSITION: Assistant Manager, Retail (Agri Insurance)
LOCATION: Head Office, Lahore
Key Job Roles and Responsibilities:
- To drive agriculture insurance portfolio growth through banking network collaboration
- Crop | premium | generation, customer acquisition, claims assessment, and data reporting.
- To reconcile credit advice and coordinate with internal/ external stakeholders to resolve the discrepancies.
Required Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business Administration, Economics or a related discipline.
- Minimum 03 years of experience in Agriculture insurance sales, micro banking, or relationship management.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Banking relationship, agriculture sales or agriculture underwriting.
- Analytical thinking, attention to detail
