Description

Ismail Industries Limited is seeking a results-driven and dynamic Zonal Sales Manager to drive CandyLand's sales growth, strengthen its market presence, and lead high-performing sales teams in Jhelum.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in line with business objectives.
- Expand product availability and market coverage across the assigned territory.
- Manage and develop distributors to ensure efficient supply chain performance and market execution.
- Lead and monitor Territory Sales Managers (TSMs), Sales Officers, and Order Bookers.
- Ensure effective execution of trade promotions, merchandising initiatives, and visibility programs.
- Leverage market insights, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to enhance market share, numeric and weighted distribution, and sales productivity.
- Maintain healthy stock levels, ensure timely order fulfillment, and manage
receivables in accordance with company sales policies.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
- 5-7 years of proven sales experience, preferably within the FMCG sector
- Excellent leadership, team management, and organizational skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and consultative selling skills
- Strong customer service orientation and stakeholder management capabilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power Bl, and PowerPoint
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive execution excellence
- Strong understanding of market analysis and business development
