QUALIFICATIONS & PREFERENCES
- Bachelor's / Master's degree from a reputable university.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in casual leasing, activations, or retail sales.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead mall activations, casual leasing, and branding initiatives
- Drive revenue through short-term leasing, kiosks, and promotional spaces
- Manage space planning, allocation, and compliance with mall standards
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brands, vendors, and agencies
- Handle proposals, agreements, documentation, and revenue coordination
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Coordinate with Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Security teams
- Prepare revenue, occupancy, and performance reports
