Imtiaz Group is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented "Associate Manager - Production Planning" to join our Supply Chain team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and coordinating production activities, ensuring optimal utilization of resources, timely product availability, and smooth coordination between production, procurement, and warehouse teams, contributing to efficient operations within one of Pakistan's leading and fastest-growing retail chains.

Location: Head Office, Karachi.
Qualification: MBA - Supply Chain Management

Experience & Skills Required:
* 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in production planning within manufacturing, FMCG or retail supply chain environments.
* Strong understanding of production planning, capacity planning, and inventory management.
* Experience working with SAP and production planning tools.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to coordinate with production, procurement, warehouse and demand planning teams.
* Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Strong command of MS Excel and reporting tools.

Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor and report production status and any production-related issues to management on a regular basis.
* Determine production requirements based on plant capacity, operational capabilities, and product specifications.
* Allocate and coordinate equipment, materials, and manpower to ensure effective implementation of the production plan.
* Analyze production data and utilize rolling sales forecasts to anticipate and plan for necessary production adjustments.
* Prepare cost estimates for materials, equipment, and other production requirements.
* Oversee quality control measures throughout the production process to ensure compliance with standards.
* Provide regular updates to the Production Manager regarding project progress and production performance.
* Liaise and coordinate with cross-functional departments to ensure smooth production operations.
* Perform any other duties assigned as required.
