Asst Manager (Creative Designer)

We are seeking a dynamic & motivated professional to join our team as Asst Manager - Crescent Home Store. The ideal candidate will bring innovative ideas, strong design expertise, and a keen understanding of market trends to support branding, product development, and digital marketing initiatives.

Qualification:
. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field

Experience:
. 2-4 years of relevant experience, preferably in the home textile or bedding industry. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and video creation tools.

Key Responsibilities:
. Design engaging graphics and produce videos for digital marketing campaigns and social media platforms
. Develop creative assets for website and email marketing campaigns
. Manage and execute product photoshoots to ensure high-quality visual content
· Provide design inspiration and ideas to the R&I team for new bedding and home décor products
. Oversee product development and design control while planning upcoming collections
. Collaborate with internal teams to support product development and execution
. Research and implement Al tools to enhance brand visibility and drive sales
