Position: Branch Manager
Location: Lahore
Experience Required: 8 to 10 Years

We are looking for a results-driven and strategic Branch Manager professional to join our growing team in Lahore. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding our market presence, strengthening client relationships, and driving sustainable revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
. Oversight for key operations for north region including complete responsibility of P&L numbers.
. Contract negotiations with key global and local stake holders and business entities.
. Consolidation -import & export, both sea and air and road.
. Complete Pricing and CS responsibilities for north region.
. CS, Pricing, documentation and operations team development, hiring of new staff if needed.
. To assist in hiring a competent North sales team capable of delivering budget.
. Day to day oversight of North sales team.
. Responsible to meet given monthly Sales target of self and the north Sales team.
. Value added services (VAS)- development and oversight
. Warehousing and distribution product. Customs clearance,
. Trucking including Transit Trade product.
. Responsibility to increase footprint of FSL in the north region.
. Responsibility to conduct shipping related training & development of all north staff.
. Responsibility of doing budgeting and forecasting and meeting up given targets of all team members.
. Any other important matter assigned by senior management.
