• Location: Onsite – Haly Tower, DHA Phase 2, Lahore
• Shift Timings:
• 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM (PKT)
• 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM (PKT)
• (US Time Zone – Night Shift)

Job overview:

We’re looking for a confident and fluent English speaker with excellent communication skills to manage calls and client interactions for our US-based operations. The ideal candidate should be professional, quick-thinking, and comfortable working night shifts in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and clarity.
• Communicate fluently with international clients and internal teams.
• Maintain accurate call records and follow up on client queries.
• Coordinate between departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Represent the company positively in all communications.

Requirements:

• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Confident in managing client calls and virtual interactions.
• Prior experience in customer support, telecommunication, or client coordination is preferred.
• Ability to work onsite during night hours.
• Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
