Healthcare Campaign • Remote • Full-Time
Position Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and driven Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to join our remote healthcare campaign. In this role, you will engage with potential customers through outbound calls to provide information about health insurance services and generate high-quality leads. Ideal candidates are persuasive communicators with strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first mindset.
Position Details
Job Title: Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Campaign: Healthcare
Work Schedule: Night Shift – 6:30 PM to 4:30 AM (Wednesday to Sunday)
Days Off: Monday and Tuesday
Salary Range: Rs. 40,000 – 80,000/month + Monthly target-based Bonuses
Work Location: Fully Remote
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective clients.
Clearly and accurately communicate ACA-related information to potential customers.
Identify and qualify leads based on established criteria.
Maintain detailed records of interactions and lead statuses.
Meet and exceed daily and monthly lead generation targets.
Collaborate with team members to ensure campaign success.
Candidate Requirements
Proficient spoken English skills.
Previous experience in a call center or sales role is preferred, but fresh candidates are welcome to apply.
Strong ability to handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a focus on achieving targets.
