Job Overview: Mehran Bottlers (Pvt.) Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Compliance Manager to ensure adherence to regulatory, industry, and corporate compliance standards. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining compliance frameworks, conducting internal audits, and ensuring best practices in line with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001,FSSC 22000, SA 8000 and Halal. Having experience in food processing industries, ideally beverage sector.

Responsibilities:
- Ensure full compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, SA 8000, FSSC 22000 and Halal
- Develop, implement, and monitor compliance frameworks and policies.
- Lead internal audits and prepare for external certification audits.
- Identify and mitigate compliance risks while ensuring regulatory alignment.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation and reporting for compliance audits.
- Train and educate teams on compliance standards and best practices.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in food sciences, Quality Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in regulatory compliance, audits and quality assurance.
- Strong knowledge of ISO standards, Halal certification, Food Safety and Social Accountability.
- Expertise in risk assessment, documentation, and process improvement.
