Office of Alumni Engagement & Career Services invites skilled and dedicated professionals to contribute to institutional growth and lifelong alumni connections as COORDINATOR ALUMNI ENGAGEMENT

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
. Assist Manager Alumni Engagement / Head of Alumni Engagement & Career Services in developing and implementing alumni engagement strategies
· Assist Manager Alumni Engagement / Head of OAECS in budget planning, expense monitoring, and effective resource utilization
. Assist Manager Alumni Engagement in coordinating alumni elections in line with institutional policies
. Work closely with academic departments, International Office, and Career Counselling teams to strengthen alumni relations
. Manage alumni database, website, and social media platforms, and respond to alumni queries
. Assist the Manager Alumni Engagement in planning and executing events. including reunions and networking sessions
. Handle alumni communications through email, newsletters, and digital platforms
. Maintain accurate records. reports, and documentation related to alumni activities
. Assist in managing financial transactions |memberships, donations, event registrations and support fundraising initiatives with transparency
. Build and maintain relationships with alumni, identifying engagement opportunities and leveraging networks for career collaborations
. Support evaluation of alumni initiatives and ensure alignment with university leadership objectives
. Perform any other tasks assigned by Top Management & Chairman

QUALIFICATIONS
. Must hold a graduate degree or an equivalent qualification.
. Relevant knowledge of alumni engagement strategies.

EXPERIENCE
. 2-3 years of relevant experience.
