Corporate Director of Pre-Openings
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- The ideal candidate will provide enterprise leadership for end-to-end preopening of franchised, managed, and leased hotels across all PC Hospitality brands.
- Establish and govern the corporate preopening framework, milestones, and readiness controls through opening and transition to steady-state operations.
- Lead cross-functional coordination across corporate functions to deliver integrated hotel launches.
- Serve as the primary liaison with owners, translating brand and operating models into executable preopening plans.
- Oversee FF&E and OS&E execution, ensuring brand alignment, budget control, and operational readiness at opening.
QUALIFICATION: Bachelor's / Master's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
EXPERIENCE: Minimum 8+ years of preopening Minimum 8+ years of preopening experience in a related capacity.
