Description
We're hiring a Creative Lead/brand manager, in-house at our Karachi office.
Strugbits has a strong strategy team in place. Now we’re looking for someone to raise the bar on creative quality, across social media, client campaigns, and internal brand content.
Whether you design yourself or lead others, if you know the difference between ‘done’ and ‘great,’ this might be for you.
You should have:
- A sharp eye for aesthetics and obsessive attention to detail.
- Experience guiding creative teams or reviewing work.
- The confidence to challenge mediocrity, and the skill to turn it around.
This is an on-site role. We want someone who’ll work closely with our marketing and design teams, collaborative, hands-on, and fully invested in our creative direction.
