Key Responsibilities
Complete and monitor provider credentialing and re-credentialing applications
Maintain accurate files for state licenses, DEA certificates, and malpractice coverage
Set up and update provider profiles in online credentialing databases and systems
Track expiration dates for licenses and certifications to ensure timely renewals
Verify practice addresses and audit health plan directories for accuracy
Assist with compliance, HIPAA/OSHA onboarding, and provider training requirements

Requirements
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in Credentialing or Insurance-related fields
Education: High School Diploma required (Associate degree or CPCS certification preferred)
Technical: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel), Adobe, and online databases
Communication: Proficient in English (both written and spoken)
Skills: Excellent organizational abilities and high attention to detail
Shift: Night Shift (On-Site in Lahore)
