Description

We are hiring " Customer Service Agent " at Now Software (Pvt) Limited.
Location: Gulberg Greens, Islamabad
Timings: 1 pm to 9 pm / 4 pm to 12 am (Rotational Shifts)
Experience: 1 - 2 years
Responsibilities:
. Assist customers with service-related inquiries.
. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner.
. Provide clear, accurate information on products and services.
. Maintain a positive and professional attitude with every customer interaction.
Requirements:
. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
. High proficiency in English Communication.
. Experience in customer service
. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
. Proficiency in using CRM software and tools like Fresh Chat, Vici Dial and Digi Talk etc.
