We're Hiring: Customer Support Associate YAP Pakistan

Location: Lahore, Pakistan

Job Type: Full-time | Onsite | Shift: Rotational (Morning, Evening, Night)

YAP Pakistan is looking for a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our growing team! If you have strong communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel, and a passion for helping others — this role is for you.

What You'll Do:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve issues with empathy and accuracy
  • Document interactions and feedback
  • Collaborate with internal teams to solve complex problems
  • Stay updated on YAP’s products and services
  • Work rotational shifts to ensure 24/7 support

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Fluent in English and Urdu
  • Skilled in MS Office Suite
  • Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities
  • Willing to work weekends and holidays

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Experience in customer support or call centers
  • Familiarity with CRM systems
