We are looking for a highly competent, analytical, and proactive legal professional to lead and manage corporate legal affairs, regulatory compliance, contract management, and litigation matters. The role involves providing legal guidance to the business, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, safeguarding the company's legal interests, and supporting strategic decision-making while maintaining the highest standards of corporate governance.

Qualification & Experience
. LLB / LLM from a recognized institution.
. 6-8 years of relevant experience in Corporate & Commercial Law, preferably within FMCG or a large corporate environment.
. Strong experience in contract drafting, litigation management, regulatory compliance, and corporate legal affairs.

Key Responsibilities
. Draft, review, negotiate, and manage contracts, agreements, MOUs, and other legal documents.
. Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and corporate governance requirements.
. Manage intellectual property matters including trademarks, copyrights, and related filings.
. Handle litigation, legal notices, dispute resolution, and coordination with external legal counsels.
. Oversee regulatory filings, including SECP-related matters, and provide support to the Company Secretary.
. Conduct legal research and provide advisory support to management on legal and regulatory issues.
. Liaise with internal departments to mitigate legal risks and ensure business compliance.
. Monitor changes in laws and regulations and advise management on their potential impact.
. Support organizational initiatives by providing timely legal opinions and risk assessments.

Skills & Competencies
. Strong knowledge of Regulatory Laws.
. Excellent contract drafting, negotiation, and egal documentation skills.
. Sound understanding of SECP regulations and corporate compliance requirements.
. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
. Ability to manage multiple assignments and work effectively under tight deadlines.
. Proficiency in MS Office and legal research tools.
