As a Dispatch Officer, you will be responsible for managing order dispatch operations, coordinating shipments, and maintaining accurate records to ensure smooth and timely deliveries.

Job Responsibilities
. Prepare and manage daily dispatch of orders.
. Coordinate with warehouse, packing, and delivery teams to ensure timely shipments.
. Maintain dispatch records and shipment tracking using Excel.
. Generate dispatch reports and update order status in the system.
. Ensure orders are correctly packed, labeled, and ready for delivery.
. Coordinate with courier partners and delivery services.
. Monitor shipment progress and resolve dispatch-related issues.
. Maintain inventory dispatch logs and documentation.
. Ensure accuracy of invoices, packing lists, and shipping labels.

Requirements
. Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in operations/logistics.
. Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
. Familiarity with dispatch systems or order management systems.
. Strong organizational and time management skills.
. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
. Good communication and coordination skills.
