Job Description:
Ace Logistic Services is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Documentation Officer to manage, maintain, and process all company documents efficiently. The ideal candidate will ensure a smooth flow of documentation and compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
.Prepare, verify, and maintain all shipment and logistics documents.
. Coordinate with internal departments and clients for accurate document submission.
. Coordination with shipping lines for timely Bill of Lading (BL) issuance.
. Submission of Shipping Instructions (SI).
. Deal with shippers and handle their requirements efficiently.
. Maintain organized filing systems for easy retrieval of documents.
. Support the logistics team with reports and document tracking.
Requirements:
. Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in documentation or logistics.
. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
. Knowledge of Climax software.
. Proficient in MS Office and documentation software.
. Good communication skills in English.
