Requirements:
- Intermediate
- 2-3 Years Experience in Fundraising
- Good Spoken Skills
JOB RESPONSIBLITIES
- Develop and manage a portfolio of current and prospective donors.
- Create and execute individualized cultivation plans, including personalized communication
- Conduct prospect research to identify new potential donors and analyze current donor trends
- Collaborate with the Finance department to ensure accurate Donation processing and reconciliation
- Proven ability to build rapport and establish long-lasting, trusting relationships with Donors.
- Having skills to convinced the donor, over the phone, and via written correspondence
