WE'RE HIRING - Executive Color Development Lab
Location: Lahore
Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with dyeing planners to identify new color requirements and formulate necessary recipes accordingly.
- Review lab shades and adjust recipes for the next lab trial to ensure accuracy.
- Coordinate with the production team to review and implement recipe corrections.
- Utilize spectrophotometer roadings, particularity Delta E values for recipe adjustments.
- Prepare and manage color recipes using ERP.
- Maintain accurate records of lab lot cards.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in Chemical or Industrial Engineering, preferably with a diploma in dyeing.
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in color lab, preferably with knitwear companies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills.
- Expertise in MS 365, ERP and IMS.
