We are hiring - FLOOR MANAGER - FASHION & TEXTILE

Requirements:

• Min. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• 8-10 years of experience in core Fashion, Apparel, Textile, Footwear, or Lifestyle Retail, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, visual merchandising, inventory management, and sales performance.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.

Responsibilities:

• Drive sales, profitability, and overall business pertormance across Fashion & Textile categories.
• Ensure effective visual merchandising and implementation of promotional and seasonal displays.
• Manage inventory, stock availability, shrinkage control, and stock accuracy.
• Lead, coach, and develop departmental teams to achieve operational and sales targets.
• Monitor customer service standards and ensure an exceptional shopping experience
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and operational standards.
