We're Hiring - General Accountant

Job Description

. Prepare and post journal entries for day-to-day transactions, accruals, and adjustments.
. Maintain and update the general ledger; investigate and resolve any discrepancies.
. Process accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) transactions and follow up on outstanding items.
. Assist in the preparation of external audit schedules and liaise with auditors as required.
. Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records and documentation for audit readiness.
. Assist in the month-end and year-end financial close process to ensure timely and accurate reporting.

Technical Skills:
. Good Command on MS office.
. Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
. Effective written and verbal communication skills; ability to present financial data clearly.
. Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
. Strong organizational and time-management skills; able to prioritize multiple tasks.

Education:
. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Experience:
. 2-3 years of professional accounting experience in a corporate or public accounting environment.
. Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP B1)
. Part-qualification or progression toward a professional certification (ACCA, CMA) is an advantage.
