POSITION: Head of E-Commerce Operations

REQUIREMENTS: Imtiaz Group is seeking a senior operations leader to head its E-Commerce Operations function. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end e-commerce operations, with teams deployed across multiple dark stores nationwide and an in-house delivery rider workforce.

To lead and control e-commerce operations at scale by ensuring operational discipline, service quality, cost efficiency and consistent execution across all dark stores and delivery teams.

15+ years of experience in E-Commerce or Large-Scale Retail Operations. At least 5 years of experience in a similar leadership role.
Strong hands-on exposure to dark-store or store-based fulfillment models

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Own end-to-end e-commerce operations across multiple cities including order processing, picking, packing, dispatch, delivery, returns and customer experience
2. Establish, implement and enforce SOPs, workflows, and operational controls across all locations
3. Build, deploy and lead large geographically dispersed teams of dark store and delivery operations and ensure uniform standards and execution nationwide
4. Track and drive operational KPIs (order accuracy, fulfillment timelines, rider productivity, cancellations, returns)
5. Coordinate closely with Supply Chain, Commercial, Finance, HR, IT and Customer Support functions
6. Ensure process compliance, loss prevention and operational risk control in a high-volume retail environment
7. Support workforce planning, rostering and operational readiness aligned with demand
8. Experience of Managing in-house delivery or rider fleets. Highly process-driven, execution-focused and data-oriented, Comfortable operating in a structured, high-volume retail environment
