NIZAM We're Hiring - Head of Quality

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement robust quality management systems in line with international standards (ISO, AQL, etc.)
• Lead quality audits, compliance processes, and customer inspections
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across production lines
• Oversee QA/QC teams and ensure quality objectives are met at all stages
• Manage customer complaints and ensure timely corrective actions
• Maintain a strong culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement across the company
• Interface with global buyers, brands, and certification bodies to ensure alignment with compliance standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Textile Engineering or relevant field
• 12+ years of experience in quality management within the textile/apparel industry
• In-depth knowledge of quality standards and textile testing procedures
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
• Experience working with international buyers/brands is a plus
