Job Description:
We’re seeking a highly motivated HIT Consultant for #MIPS. This role focuses on generating leads, closing sales, and ensuring clients receive top-notch service.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to promote MIPS services.
Identify client needs and provide tailored solutions.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
Keep CRM records updated and accurate.
Deliver exceptional customer service.
Collaborate with the team to implement sales strategies.

Requirements:
Proven experience in sales, especially in call centers.
Bachelor’s degree is a must.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to connect with clients over the phone.
Self-driven and goal-oriented.
Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office.

Benefits:
Salary range: Upto 170K PKR, with additional incentives in dollars.
Office Timings: 05:30 PM to 02:30 AM (Night Shift).
