Position: HIT/MIPS Specialist
Location: Gulberg II, Lahore
Experience: 2-3 Years
Salary: Market Competitive
Job Type: Full-Time, On-site
Working Hours : 5 PM to 2 AM (Monday - Friday)
Key Responsibilities:
. Prepare, manage, and submit MIPS (Merit-based Incentive Payment System) in compliance with CMS requirements.
. Collaborate with providers, administrators, and compliance teams to improve quality reporting metrics. Stay current with CMS updates, performance measure changes, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications: Minimum Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or any related field.
Excellent English communication, data management, and organizational skills.
