Location: Sheikhupura, Plant

Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and rolling out annual, mid-year, and quarterly performance reviews,
• Coordinate performance goal setting sessions and ensure all KPIs are aligned with dept. objectives.
• Ensure timely follow up for pending evaluations or approvals.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly dashboards on performance trends, rating distribution, and completion status.
• Support HR leadership in analyzing appraisal results.
• Maintain confidentiality of all performance data.
• Process and submit PESSI and ECBI monthly contribution through relevant portals.
• Process applications of employee benefits covered in PESSI, EOBI and Worker Welfare.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's/Master's in HR, Business Administration with 3 to 4 years relevant experience.
• Well versed with Ms. Word and Ms. Excel.
