We Are HIRING - Inventory Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Production department about production plan material requirements and ensure timely issuance aligned with plant operations.
• Manage vendor-return processes in close coordination with Procurement, ensuring timely pickup and proper documentation.
• Supervise daily scrap disposal activities, ensuring compliance with disposal protocols.
• Establish and monitor a cyclic counting system to minimize inventory discrepancies.
• Lead monthly stock takes and investigate variances to prevent recurrence and support root cause analysis (RCs).
• Ensure strict adherence to FEFO (First Expired, First Out) principles and identify slow-moving inventory for write-off.
• Conduct regular training and awareness sessions to foster a strong safety culture, mitigate operational risks, and proactively address and prevent workplace hazards.
• Lead and oversee all inventory functions including Raw Materials, Engineering Stores, and Scrap Disposal.
• Ensure smooth receipt, storage, issuance, and disposal processes in line with company SOPs and operational requirements.
• Coordinate with the Procurement team for daily incoming supplies and prioritize unloading locations to optimize space and efficiency.

Job Requirements:

• BBA / MBA - Preferably in Supply Chain Management
• 03-05 Years Experience in FMCG Industry
