Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field
1–2 years of experience in IT support, network administration, or system management
Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN, networking protocols, virtualization, and IT infrastructure management
Experience in system troubleshooting and hardware/software support
CCNA, MCSE, or other relevant certifications will be considered an added advantage
