Description

We are hiring a Lead International HR (AGM) to join our dynamic HR team.
Drive strategic HR initiatives and gain leadership experience in a global-focused environment dedicated to talent development and organizational excellence.
Position: Lead International HR (AGM Position)
- Manage end-to-end HR operations for international offices, including recruitment, employee relations, compensation, performance management, and compliance.
- Ensure uniformity and standardization of HR policies across all overseas locations, aligned with corporate strategy and local labor laws.
- Collaborate closely with Finance and Overseas Directors for manpower planning, budgeting, and organizational structure.
- Oversee expatriate and mobility programs, including visa processing, onboarding, and benefits administration.
- Support implementation of HR digitalization initiatives and data integration across systems (HRIS/ERP).
- Second major or exposure in IT will be considered an added advantage.
Education:
MBA (HR Major) from a prestigious institution
Preferably O-Level / A-Level background.
Skills and Competencies:
Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in HRIS/ERP systems and other digital HR platforms.
