Imtiaz is looking for a dedicated and experienced "Maintenance Incharge" to oversee maintenance operations, ensure smooth functioning of equipment and facilities, and lead the maintenance team efficiently.

Location: Karachi

Qualification:
* DAE / Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant technical field.

Experience:
* 5-8 years of relevant experience in maintenance operations, facility management, or industrial maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise daily maintenance activities and ensure timely completion of tasks.
* Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
* Ensure smooth functioning of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
* Lead and coordinate maintenance staff and external vendors.
* Maintain maintenance records, reports, and inventory of spare parts.
* Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
* Troubleshoot equipment and facility-related issues efficiently.
* Minimize downtime and improve operational efficiency.
