Switch Communications is looking for a Manager Business Development

Islamabad | On-site

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales and business development plans aligned with company goals.
  • Analyze markets and competitors to identify trends, pricing strategies, and growth opportunities.
  • Drive revenue growth by expanding the customer base and introducing new products.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research and industry insights.
  • Build and maintain strong client and telecom partner relationships, ensuring alignment and satisfaction.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals and presentations to clients and stakeholders.
  • Share market insights with internal teams to enhance products and customer experience.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to improve offerings based on customer feedback.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree; a Master’s in Business Administration is preferred.
  • 5–7+ years of experience in Business Development or Marketing & Sales.
  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Executive, or similar role — preferably in the telecom sector.
  • Strong professional network and relationships within the telecom industry in Pakistan.
