WE'RE HIRING - Manager Post Production Material Management

Job Responsibilities:
. Manage end-to-end tender process including advertisements, approvals, bid submission, and coordination with Procurement.
. Conduct tender opening ceremonials and ensure transparent documentation of bidding activities.
· Prepare vehicle plans and coordinate with buyers for scheduling, planning, and advance payment.
· Manage buyer visit approvals, gate entries, and on-site visit coordination as per process.
. Process buyer payments, maintain records, and coordinate with Finance for reconciliation.
. Maintain bid, payment, and operational data in Excel/ERP with accurate updates and reporting.
. Identify new buyers and conduct meetings with buyers, waste stores, and management for business growth.

Requirements:
. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply chain or a relevant field.
. 10-12 years of relevant work experience in a similar role.
. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
. Good analytical skills.
. Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
