WE ARE HIRING - MANAGER PROCUREMENT

Location: Karachi

JOB ROLE:
. Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with hotel operational and business objectives.
. Manage procurement of hotel operational supplies, FF&E, OS&E, F&B, and engineering materials.
. Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and vendors to achieve cost efficiency, quality standards, and timely deliveries.
. Handle tendering, comparative analysis, and contract management.
. Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships.
. Lead and supervise the procurement team.

REQUIREMENTS
. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
. Minimum 8-12 years of procurement experience, preferably within the hospitality or hotel industry.
. Knowledge of hotel procurement categories including F&B, FF&E, OS&E, and MEP-related materials, specially for hospitality & mixed use real-estate development.
