Kaizen Pharmaceuticals (Pvt.) Ltd. is on the lookout for an Manager Production to join our growing team!
Education: PharmD
Experience: 8-10 years of relevant experience
Location: Karachi
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize and supervise daily production activities of sterile operations and Oral Solid Dosage forms.
- Ensure timely achievement of production schedules and output targets.
- Maintain compliance with cGMP, SOPs, and regulatory requirements,
- Optimize manpower, equipment, and production resources.
- Monitor productivity, quality, and process efficiency.
- Lead, train, and develop the production team.
- Coordinate with QA, QC, Engineering, and Warehouse for smooth operations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and minimize downtime.
