Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's in Textile Engineering.
- Candidates with an MBA can also apply.
- Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities
- Inspect garments at various stages of production to identify defects and ensure consistent product quality.
- Implement, manage, and continuously improve quality control procedures throughout the production process.
- Coordinate with production teams to address quality issues and maintain efficient workflow.
- Communicate quality requirements clearly to stakeholders and provide feedback to support continuous improvement.
