DESCRIPTION:

• Lead and execute sales and marketing strategy for steel rebars, focusing on volume growth, market share, and profitability.
• Drive brand positioning, promotional activities, and customer engagement while ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Manage key accounts, dealers, and distributors while expanding presence in targeted regions and segments.
• Oversee pricing, discounts, credit terms, and collections in coordination with finance and operations.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer demand to support forecasting and production planning.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or a related field
• 8-12 years of sales and marketing experience in relevant industry.
• Strong understanding of markets, distribution networks, and pricing dynamics.
• Proven leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
