Shift In charge - Mechanical Maintenance (Shift-Based)

The incumbent is responsible for:
- Experience of handling maintenance operations of mechanical equipment like gear boxes, Pumps, Overhead cranes, Cooling towers, compressors, Hydraulic machinery etc.
- Develop the Failure Analysis Report and submit the same to his superior for relevant action. Preparation and compilation of documents like Shift report, History cards, Check lists, down time Analysis report.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, P&IDs, and hydraulic schematics.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and promote a strong safety culture within the team.
- Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance to maximize plant availability in all the shifts.
- Support team capability building through regular training and development sessions.

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Experience: 5-6 years of relevant experience in mechanical maintenance of plant and utility equipment.
Location: Dhabeji, Karachi.
