Key Responsibilities
1 - Client Relationship Management
- Maintain and grow long-term relationships with assigned accounts.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries and support.
- Understand client business objectives and propose solutions that align with their needs.
2 - Sales & Revenue Growth
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts. • Develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
3 - Business Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets.
- Conduct market research to understand the competitive landscape and industry trends.
4 - Account Planning & Reporting
- Prepare account plans, sales forecasts, and pipeline reports.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Provide regular updates to management on account performance.
5 - Collaboration & Coordination
- Work closely with project and technical teams to ensure smooth delivery of solutions.
- Participate in sales meetings, trade shows, and networking events as required.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business 1+ years of relevant work experience, Fluency in the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
