Description

Imtiaz Group is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive "Officer - HR Services" to join our team. The role will be responsible for managing employee Health & Life Insurance programs, ensuring accurate coordination with insurance providers, smooth employee support and compliance with company policies, contributing to an efficient and employee-focused HR function within one of Pakistan's leading retail organizations.
Location: Head Office - Karachi
Qualification: Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
Experience & Skills Required:
* 2 to 3 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in HR services, compensation & benefits, or insurance administration.
* Sound knowledge of employee Health & Life Insurance policies and claim processes.
* Experience coordinating with insurance companies.
* Ability to manage employee records, insurance documentation and policy renewals.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to handle employee queries professionally.
* Good organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
* Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and HR systems.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage end-to-end administration of employee Health & Life Insurance programs.
* Coordinate policy onboarding, renewals, endorsements and premium payments with insurance providers.
* Facilitate employee insurance enrollment, updates and exits.
* Handle employee insurance queries and support claim processing and follow- ups.
* Maintain accurate insurance records, reports and documentation.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and insurance-related regulations.
* Coordinate with HR and Finance teams for reconciliations and reporting as required.
* Support audits and reviews related to insurance and HR services.
