KIN Logistic Solutions is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive - Drayage to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in drayage operations and shipment coordination within a fast-paced logistics environment.

Location: Karachi (On-site)
Shift Timing: Evening And Night Shift
Open Position: 01

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and monitor the complete Drayage Life Cycle from load setup in TMS to final invoicing.
* Oversee shipment activities including pickups, deliveries, LFD, demurrage, detention, dual transactions, and empty returns.
* Ensure accurate preparation of pro forma, load-specific charges, and customer invoices.
* Maintain smooth customer communication and operational reporting.
* Ensure compliance with SOPs and operational procedures.
* Coordinate with Account Managers and support operational KPIs.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
* 1-2 years of experience in drayage or logistics operations.
* Strong understanding of drayage shipment execution and TMS operations.
* Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
