About the Role:
MSS is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Procurement Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing procurement operations, ensuring cost-effective purchasing, and maintaining smooth vendor relationships both locally and internationally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the end-to-end procurement process, including vendor selection, negotiation, and delivery (Import and Local).
• Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts with suppliers to secure the best value.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure optimal stock levels.
• Monitor market trends, supplier performance, and pricing fluctuations.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, procedures, and regulations.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in procurement or purchasing (minimum 2 years preferred).
• Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in procurement or ERP software is an added advantage.
