Job Title: Production Manager (FMCG)

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily food production process to ensure high-quality products and meet safety standards.
- Lead a team of food technologists and production staff, encouraging a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
- Make sure our products meet all safety and quality standards.
- Work with R&D on new product development and help bring ideas from the lab to production.
- Keep production in line with all food safety regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with supply chain teams to plan and execute production schedules, ensuring on-time delivery.
- Prepare reports on production results and areas for improvement.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Engineering.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in food production or food technology management role in the FMCG sector.
- In-depth knowledge of food safety standards and regulatory compliance.
