WE'RE HIRING - PROJECT MANAGER

AL Habib Asset Management Limited is looking for a forward-thinking, execution-driven, and highly organized Project Manager to lead strategic initiatives, drive transformation, and support technology-focused operations across the organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
. Lead end-to-end project management for strategic and operational initiatives.
. Manage software-related projects, system enhancements, and implementation activities.
. Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for technology and software support.
. Assist in troubleshooting, user coordination, and resolution of system-related issues.
. Develop project roadmaps, timelines, and execution plans.
. Drive process optimization and digital transformation initiatives.
. Track project milestones, KPIs, and performance metrics.
. Prepare executive-level presentations, reports, and progress updates.
. Ensure adherence to governance, compliance, and quality standards.
. Facilitate communication between business and IT teams to ensure alignment of project objectives.

REQUIREMENTS:
. At least 3 years of relevant experience in project management, preferably within financial services, banking, assets management, fintech, or technology-driven environments.
. Understanding of software applications, system implementation, and technology support functions.
. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.
. Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
. Hands-on experience with project management tools and methodologies.

QUALIFICATION:
. Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, Project Management, or a related discipline.
